Debit cards are printed in house upon request, so you receive your debit card the same day.

Look for the green Allpoint logo to gain surcharge-free access to your cash at Allpoint ATMs worldwide. Allpoint ATMs are located inside retails stores including CVS, Walgreens, Kroger, Speedway, Target, and more.
 

YOUR DEBIT CARD'S BEST FRIEND 
The Friendship Fraud Center automatically alerts you to suspicious activity on your debit card.

Confirm your mobile phone number and your email address so we may reach you quickly and easily if there is suspicious activity on your debit card. Confirm your contact information by calling 812-667-5101 or stopping in one of our branches.

HOW IT WORKS
When potential fraud is detected...

1. You will receive an automatic text message with the option to approve the transaction or report it as fraud.

2. If there is no response within 5 minutes, you will then receive an email with the option to approve the transaction or report it as fraud.

3. If there is no response received within 5 minutes, you will then receive automatic phone call from the fraud center with the option to approve the transaction or report it as fraud..

Our Fraud Center will continue to try to reach you until the potential fraud has been approved or reported as fraud. In most cases, your card will be blocked for use until our Fraud Center receives your response.

PLEASE NOTE: You must respond to the alert before proceeding with purchases. Once the purchase is approved, your card will reactivate. You must then resubmit your card for payment completion.
 
REMEMBER: Our messages will NEVER ask for your PIN or account number. Never share your PIN by text or email.

Your debit card also has daily spending limits.
This limits are per business day. 

Daily ATM Limit: $210
Daily Purchasing Limit: $1000

WHAT TO DO IF YOUR DEBIT CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN? 
If your debit card is lost or stolen you can report your debit card lost or stolen through your online banking account.
1. Log in.
2. Select the user services option. 
3. Select ATM/Debit.
4. Select the card that is lost or stolen. 
5. Contact us at 812-667-5101or stop in any bank branch to order a new debit card. 

You can also call 812-667-5101 during business hours or 888-297-3416 anytime to report a lost or stolen.

USING NON-FRIENDSHIP STATE BANK ATMS
There is a $0.50 fee when you use an ATM that is not owned by The Friendship State Bank. These charges will be withdrawn from your account at the end of the month.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS - FRAUD PREVENTION SERVICE
 
Do I have to enroll my debit card for Fraud Prevention Service to have my card monitored?
No. The Friendship Fraud Prevention Service Center monitors all Friendship State Bank debit cards for fraudulent activity. No enrollment is required.

Is there a cost for the Fraud Prevention Service?
No. All Friendship State Bank debit cards are covered by this service at no cost to the cardholder.

How does the Fraud Prevention Service Center determine a transaction is suspicious or fraudulent?
Our Fraud Prevention Service Center monitors and analyzes transactions and assigns a rating to the transaction. Based on your normal spending patterns, if a questionable transaction is detected on your Friendship State Bank debit card, the Fraud Prevention Service Center will contact you to verify the transaction. If the fraud rating is high, the transaction may be declined at the point of purchase.

How will I be notified if a transaction is considered suspicious or fraudulent?
If fraudulent activity is detected, the Fraud Prevention Service Center will contact you via text message. If a response is not received in 5 minutes, an email is sent. If there is still no response, a phone call is made to your home number on file. If you miss the phone call, you can contact the Fraud Prevention Service Center at 800-237-8990, 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.

Can I reply to the Friendship State Bank instead of the Fraud Prevention Service Center to verify transactions?
To avoid delays with card usage or confirming potential fraud, contact the Fraud Prevention Service Center directly. The staff at the Fraud Prevention Service Center is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to quickly verify transactions and take appropriate action if fraud occurs on your account. 800-237-8990.
