How do I open a checking account? Can I open one online?

  3. Once approved, you’ll receive a secure notification from our deposit specialist.

When will I receive my debit card?
In most cases, you’ll get your debit card the very same day you open your account. That’s right—when you leave our branch, your debit card will be in hand and ready to use immediately.

How do I get the Friendship State Mobile App?
You can download our free mobile banking app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Simply log in using the credentials provided at account opening. Through the app or on your desktop, you can easily manage your transactions, debit card, bill payments, and more.

What are your ATM fees?
Great news! We’ve partnered with the Allpoint ATM Network, giving you fee-free access to 55,000 ATMs worldwide. For non-Allpoint or non-Friendship ATMs, a $0.50 fee will be reflected on your statement at the end of the month.
 
What happens if I overdraw my account? We offer an overdraft payment program for qualifying accounts. We strive to pay checks written on overdrawn accounts at our discretion. The fee is $30 per item. The item is paid and the account is saved any fees that may have been incurred for items returned NSF (nonsufficient funds) as well as fees imposed by the depositor.
